Rajan Gosain, MD
Board Certified, Psychiatry
Dr. Rajan Gosain graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned his medical degree from the Saba University School of Medicine. He completed his psychiatry training in Boston, MA at Harvard South Shore and Tufts Medical Center Residency Training Programs. During his training, he received the VA Special Contribution Award from the Department of Veterans Affairs for his leadership in creating a Mindfulness workshop for veterans in a residential program for co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders. He has completed advanced training in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. He is an active member of the Clinical TMS Society, the International OCD Foundation, and the American Society of Ketamine Physicians. Dr. Gosain has led clinical teams in various treatment settings including specialized intensive treatment programs for complex mood, OCD, and anxiety disorders.
Cori Hanagami, MD
Board Certified, Psychiatry
Dr. Cori Hanagami specializes in the treatment of adults with OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma related disorders. She also has a special interest in helping people experiencing grief and life transitions. She graduated from Scripps College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, and earned her medical degree from the University of Hawaii. She completed her psychiatric residency training at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. During residency, She received training in medication management and various psychotherapy modalities. Her therapeutic approach is compassionate and collaborative. Dr. Hanagami recognizes that seeking help for psychological distress requires a tremendous amount of courage and feels honored to work with individuals as they navigate through challenging life situations. She believes the path to healing is often multifaceted and involves the hard work of weekly psychotherapy, lifestyle/behavioral changes, and may also include medications. She primarily provides medication management services and has limited availability for patients interested in weekly psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Anca Luminare, MD

Dr. Anca Luminare earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine Cluj Napoca, Romania. She completed General Adult Psychiatry training at UCLA-Kern. She is an active member of American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Luminare is a warm, empathetic, and compassionate doctor that is always available for her patients.
Geetha Reddy, MD, MPH

Dr. Geetha Reddy completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley, medical degree (M.D.) at UCLA, Masters in Public Health at Harvard University, Adult Psychiatry residency at UCSF, and fellowship training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at Northwestern University. During her fellowship, she additionally developed clinical expertise in neuropsychiatry under the tutelage of nationally recognized leaders in the field.
As a Consultation-Liaison psychiatrist, Dr. Reddy specializes in caring for patients who are experiencing psychiatric illness in the setting of co-occurring medical illnesses, such as cardiovascular, neurologic, neurocognitive, and gynecologic disorders. She has practiced general and consultation-liaison psychiatry in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including at UC Davis Health, the Sacramento VA Medical Center, and community hospitals and clinics. She is thoughtful and collaborative with her patients, and works closely with their broader healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality psychiatric care.
While at UC Davis Health, she was the 2025 recipient of the Residents' Outstanding Clinical Educator Award in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, in recognition of her teaching and mentorship to psychiatry residents and medical students.
Lei Zhan, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practioner
Lei Zhan is a board-certified nurse practitioner with specializations in psychiatry/mental health (PMHNP) and family medicine (FNP), bringing a holistic and client-centered approach to care. Her journey began in Washington, D.C., where she became a Registered Nurse in 2018. By 2020, she had earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Soon after, she started working as a primary care provider in Modesto, California, before shifting her focus to psychiatric and mental health care.
Beth Hastings
Office Manager
Beth is the Office Manager and a TMS Technician for Dr. Gosain. She has been working in the mental health field for approximately 4 years now at an administrative level and as a TMS Technician servicing the needs of the office and patients.

Maryam Anwar
Patient Care Technician
Maryam is an Assistant Office Manager and TMS Technician at Mind and Behavior Specialists, where she is grateful to be part of a team that supports patients through their mental health journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific and completed her Master of Medical Sciences at Southern California University of Health Sciences. With the goal of pursuing a future career as a Physician Assistant, Maryam is passionate about patient advocacy, mental health awareness, and providing care that is both compassionate and culturally sensitive.
Her experiences across behavioral health, pediatrics, emergency care, and community service have shaped the way she connects with patients from diverse backgrounds. As someone who values empathy, communication, and trust, Maryam strives to help create a space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. She hopes to use her background and experiences to continue advocating for patients, improving access to compassionate care, and growing as a future healthcare provider.
Outside of work, Maryam cherishes time spent with her family and enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors, whether at the beach or on a hike.
Anaïs Romero
Patient Care Technician
Anaïs serves as a Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Gosain. She graduated with honors from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in Chicanx/Latinx studies, where she developed a passion for understanding the intricacies of the human brain. Currently, Anaïs is pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD), with an emphasis on diverse populations, particularly Latinx groups. Through her degree, she focuses on advocacy in healthcare, aiming to improve access and quality of mental health services for underserved communities.
At the clinic, she is dedicated to fostering wellness in others through compassionate, patient-centered care. Anaïs is committed to serving those in need throughout her career in the mental health field.
In her free time, Anaïs cherishes and spends time with her family and fur babies. She enjoys trips to the beach where she partakes in body boarding and surfing to recharge.
